Search Entries
When you type a name, location, or other search term into a partner-powered search box, that query is sent to the third-party provider that operates the tool. Cumberland County Inmate Population does not keep its own database of those search terms.
Messages
If you send an email or contact message, the information in that message may be kept long enough to read it, respond, and manage the request. It is not shared outside the organization except when a valid legal requirement applies.
Information Collected Automatically
Like many websites, this site may receive standard technical information when pages load, including:

Advertising partners may also use their own systems to measure activity across websites and deliver interest-based ads. That tracking is handled by those partners, not by an official Cumberland County or New Jersey open-records office.
